大葱，香茅，蒜头，姜花，什香料，亚参，白糖，盐，峇拉煎，味精。
蒸鱼
酱料+100-150克（水）
◆鱼蒸好了 把鱼水到掉再把酱料煮烧了 淋上去就行了 ，或是直接把酱料放在鱼上直接煮或蒸都OK建议烫点羊角豆或茄子加下去，即可享用。
